How to maintain

 

【Attention】

1. Handles may get a bit wet with everyday use. To dry it simply wipe it with a cloth. And if by any chance the handles become shaky, you just have to tighten the screws.
2. When the surface appears a bit dry, use a cotton cloth and gently coat the handle with oil without it to become sticky. We advise you to do this several times a year.
3. After many years of use, the color will get deeper but if you prefer the original one, polish the handle with #240 sandpaper and finish with coating it with a cotton cloth and oil, you shall then get back to the previous color.

＊The handles' gloss is also kept by their regular and gentle use.

 

【Maintenance necessary tools】

1. High range vegetable clear oil made in Germany
2. Cotton cloth
3. #240 Sandpape
 
 

【Process】

1. Prepare in advance the door handles, the clear oil, the cotton cloth, and the #240 sandpaper.

2. Verify the condition of the handles.

3. Gently polish the handles following the grain of the wood.

4. Wipe off the dirt and check the cleaned handle out.

5. Put a bit of oil on the cotton cloth and gently coat the handle with it.

6. It is now right like the original one ! Let it dry half a day and the process is then over.

Instructions

1. After you have decided where to fix the handles, drill two Φ6mm holes.
2. Fix the outdoor handle with the collars by the screws from the indoor side.
3. Assemble the indoor handle with the collars.
4. Using a hex key 2.0, fix the grub screws into the handle.

Instructions

1. After you have decided where to fix the handle, drill two Φ6mm holes.
2. Fix the door handle to the door with the screws.
※ For a better finish, hide the screws heads with the tiny wooden caps.

Single Face Fix (Mounting of the handrail)

Grub screw M4：4
Vis M5：2
Collar：2
※ Collars and Grub screws are set on the handle at the time of shipment.

Instructions

1. After you have decided where to fix the handle, drill two Φ3mm holes.
2. Fix the collars with the wood screw.
3. Install the handle on the collars.
4. Using a hex key 2.0, fix the grub screws into the handle.
※ Please make sure have sufficiently strong wall base under plaster board.

Lever Handles mounting instructions

 

*By adjusting the screw, the thickness of the door on which the lever handle is attached can be adjusted from 30mm to 60mm.
*Internal lock mechanism is not included.
 Please prepare a matching mechanism with 8mm square metal rod for use.
